Assessment Results and Automated Rules

Arkvas assessment results are generated through predetermined questions, branching logic, routing rules, and informational criteria. Generative artificial intelligence does not interpret your assessment answers or generate your assessment result. No attorney, DOJ-accredited representative, or other legal professional reviews your answers or result as part of the assessment.

A pathway displayed by Arkvas means only that the predetermined informational rules caused that pathway to be surfaced for further exploration. It does not mean that Arkvas has determined that you are legally eligible, admissible, qualified, entitled to a benefit, likely to be approved, or advised to apply. Likewise, the absence of a pathway from your results does not establish that no immigration option, exception, waiver, defense, or other legal possibility may exist.

Actual eligibility and outcomes may depend on facts, evidence, legal interpretations, discretionary determinations, procedural requirements, grounds of inadmissibility or removability, exceptions, waivers, deadlines, government policy, and other circumstances that an informational assessment may not identify or evaluate.

Changing Law, Accuracy, and Official Sources

U.S. immigration laws, regulations, government policies, agency guidance, procedures, forms, fees, processing practices, deadlines, visa availability, court decisions, and legal interpretations can change. Arkvas may update its content from time to time, but Arkvas does not guarantee that every change will be identified, incorporated, or reflected immediately.

Arkvas seeks to provide useful information but does not warrant that every item of content is complete, error-free, current, or applicable to your specific circumstances. You should verify important information directly with the applicable official government source before acting. If information provided by Arkvas conflicts with an official government source, the official source controls.

Deadlines, Notices, and Policy Updates

Do not rely on Arkvas to calculate, monitor, preserve, or notify you of immigration status, filing periods, response deadlines, appeal deadlines, court dates, visa availability, government notices, or other time-sensitive legal obligations. You remain responsible for identifying and complying with deadlines and requirements that apply to you.

Any immigration-policy announcement, legal-development summary, or similar update displayed by Arkvas is general informational content. It is not an official government notice, individualized legal update, case-monitoring service, or guarantee that Arkvas will notify you of every development that may affect you.

No Government Affiliation

Arkvas is privately operated by Arkvas LLC. Arkvas is not USCIS, DHS, EOIR, the U.S. Department of State, an immigration court, a government filing portal, a bar association, a law firm, or a legal-aid organization, and no government agency has approved, sponsored, or endorsed Arkvas.

Government agencies and courts—not Arkvas—control official forms, filing requirements, government fees, deadlines, visa issuance, adjudications, immigration benefits, and case outcomes. Official government materials control in the event of any inconsistency.

Paid Features

The Arkvas assessment may be taken and its result viewed without purchasing the Arkvas dashboard. Certain additional software and dashboard features require a one-time purchase at the price displayed at checkout. The current dashboard unlock is not a recurring subscription.

Payment purchases access to software and informational features only. No payment to Arkvas purchases legal advice, legal representation, immigration representation, application preparation, government filing services, or any other legal service. Purchases are also governed by the applicable Terms of Use and Refund Policy.

Sponsored Resources and Third-Party Providers

Arkvas may display paid or sponsored resources, advertisements, or third-party service providers. Sponsored placements are identified as sponsored and do not influence Arkvas assessment questions, branching or scoring logic, or the pathways surfaced in an assessment result.

The inclusion or placement of a sponsor, or payment by a sponsor, does not constitute legal advice, a professional referral, an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or representation by Arkvas regarding that third party’s qualifications, services, products, pricing, availability, licensing, suitability, or results.

If you choose to contact, purchase from, retain, or otherwise interact with a third party, that relationship is between you and the third party and may be governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy practices. You should independently evaluate any third-party provider before relying on or purchasing its services.

Partner and Co-Branded Links

Arkvas may provide dedicated links that are distributed by organizations participating in Arkvas’s partner program. An approved organization name or logo may appear in connection with a partner link. Such co-branding identifies the source through which a visitor reached Arkvas; by itself, it does not create an agency, joint venture, legal-services relationship, professional relationship, or endorsement between Arkvas and that organization.

Use of a partner link does not change Arkvas assessment logic or results. Arkvas may measure referral and assessment activity associated with a partner link and may provide the partner with agreed aggregate, non-user-identifying reporting. Merely accessing Arkvas through a partner link does not give that organization access to your individual assessment answers, assessment result, email address, account information, or other identifiable account activity. Any information you independently provide directly to a partner is governed by your relationship with that organization and its own terms and privacy practices.

Support Communications and Sensitive Information

Arkvas support and general contact channels are customer-service channels, not legal-intake channels. Communications with Arkvas are not attorney-client communications and should not be expected to be legally privileged or confidential in the manner of communications with your attorney.

Do not send passwords, complete Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, complete payment-card information, passports, immigration documents, government notices, medical records, or other highly sensitive materials through Arkvas support or general contact channels. Arkvas support is not an emergency service, legal-intake service, or deadline-monitoring service.

Personal information that Arkvas expressly requests through its designated product features is handled as described in the Arkvas Privacy Policy.

Relationship to Other Arkvas Terms

This Disclaimer supplements the Arkvas Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Notice, and other applicable policies. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or waived. The Terms of Use contain additional provisions governing use of the Services, warranties, liability, disputes, and other legal matters.
